In moments of crisis and transformation, we must take hold of the spiritual power. Faith is to accept and to believe in good, not simply that it will come from above, but rather that it is in our heart, in our will and in our hands.
Faith has to be active, because God is present in this moment, and the way that He is present is not in paradise or in a distant cloud, but in our determination of peace and love, abundance and happiness.
There is something important to remember today and always: Good comes from respect, justice and compassion toward all beings of the universe.
Every new day should be of victory, of achievement, of overcoming, transformation, reconciliation and forgiveness, and what is more important: God truly works in our heart, because there is one single way, because there is only one God, who is the God of love and peace. The Dissastified People

There was a high mountain -proudly rising, almost touching the stars and on its sides, strange people lived, who were somewhat fool and were always complaining of living by the shadow of the mountain.

“It blocks the sunlight, the vision of the horizon, a big portion of the ocean, we can’t even see the stars. It is necessary to make this mountain flat, so we can see the horizon, the stars and a lot more.” And their determination was such that they dynamited the mountain during many years and the day came when there was no mountain.

The horizon and the stars could be seen but they were surprised when their neighbors from near by villages, wanted to have their land. Then, they were attacked because there was no longer a mountain protecting them, and also, the strong sunlight burned their fields, while the winds like crazy warriors scattered the ashes and the people who had lived by the side of the mountain, bitterly cried contemplating the stars and the horizon until the moment that the people who did not understand nor appreciate their natural frontier, turned into dry sand and dust that the wind blew away.

And the story goes that the years passed and those people are not even remembered. And the persons who would arrive to that place, would say: ” How beautiful this land could be, if it had a big mountain so its presence could be a natural barrier to care and protect, but this is a dream that will never happen”

Reaching Universal Goals

The real man looks beyond his frontiers. He contemplates heaven, not as an unattainable distance, but as his integral destiny. He does not separate the blue of the sea from the sky, but he joins them. He admits that life is an integral sea, where all that exists is a necessary and fundamental part. Then, he learns in every moment, the importance of harmony. He sees everything that exists as unity and difference, like a palette of colors which join in a painting, meaning the balance even of the extremes.

Conciliation is the main formula of peace, where everything is respected, even what is not known, since everything edifies the good sense of genuine Love.

You and I, this and that are only words in order to have a reference. The essence is a river that flows to the sea of integral life.

Love is not only an ideal, but the daily living, it is breathing, walking, going forward.

It is hard to escalate what is too steep but it is reached with a firm will, which is given because of the happiness of being filled with the tenderness of reality. The same that becomes the path of life.

The goal is to be happy with the happiness of creation and with the Creator.

I honor the presence of God, Who is also nature, but nature not seen as God, but as the most beautiful creation that superior Goodness, allows me to feel and experience. And in this way, I am alive and awake, knowing, interpreting, flowing, reaching the goals in the path, since they all are possible, because I recognize the breath of life in each large and small entity of life. There is no larger goal than to humbly recognize this reality where creature and Creator love each other infinitely.

Meditation is always a source for renewal, vitality and peace. Why is this possible? Well, it is possible because man, in truth, is not only a form, a thought or a thinker.

He is much more. If we could see the universe as a whole and we could reach the understanding of its absolute unity, we would perfectly know that this is man: The universe is the man. So that the energy of life, the energy of peace, of health and all that in which the universe is lavish, is also in man an unquestionable reality.
The understanding of all this wisdom arises when we are able to meditate, and this is to say, when we have broken with the barriers and the frontiers of an absurd and arrogant selfishness, because when we are able to live, in fact, nothing prevents us to flow in this limitless unit. For this reason: Meditation, man and the universe, are intrinsically one.

The Responsibility

It is the virtue or natural disposition to take responsibility for our acts and circumstances, in front of others. In turn, the responsibility can be of several types : Juridical (before the Civil law ), family, labor, etc. How does the responsibility weaken ? When the will and understanding are obstructed . Those are the faculties needed to accomplish the free actions. Is responsibility a sign of maturity ? Yes, because it knows when to delegate responsibility to others. How does a responsible person behave ? This person perseveres, not with inflexibility but with the motivation of fulfilling the assigned duty. The person remains faithful to the objective because the indispensable element is the duty. The responsibility is ethical, moral and even is a legal obligation to the commitment that has been made.
Why is the responsibility valuable ? Thanks to it, we can peacefully live in society, either with family, friends, or in a professional or personal plane, and we can count on it.

The Discipline

The perspiration, blood and soil joined. And from the steps on the path, the footprints formed. For some, is destiny and for others, it simply is the mystery that is woven between heaven and earth. Destiny is the same mystery , that every day is traveled in the circle of life. Will it be by will or by decision that this soul that I called mine expands in the infinity of life ? And the feeling, the thinking, the actions have been interwoven and the rigor of the discipline has been fused. Will this be Divine Will ? Will it be inexorable punishment ? You can only understand when by virtue of the work and effort of having sowed in the path, our hands are hurt with the thorns. And from the blood arises the red flower, blood that being mixed with seed and soil, gives the rose of fire. Feeling, passion, consciousness make me aware of my own incomprehension. And there, I look for the true God because He knows how to heal my wounds. He knows the answer to every question. He makes of the discipline : Honor, dignity, and a path of truth out of the effort.

The Beginning and the End

Where does one find the beginning and the end? The truth is that life is a path that we must travel, the destiny is relentless, the day will arrive, the hour will be fulfilled , the moment will be precise; some persons are somewhat aware of reality while for others, everything is left to the future, to the inevitable happening. Thus, life arises, the light awakes bursting as a shout in the deepest silence, and light is made from the deepest darkness and in the same way, all returns to its end.
This mystery of the opposites, of infinite distances -as a drop of water in front of the sea, join us to a chain of mysteries that without thinking, work as invisible forces and which destiny is to fulfill the existential commitments that will make us to live and to die.
The extraordinary forces of nature have the gravitational force and potency of a superior law, of an infinite intelligence, who rules with sovereignty and strictness all the worlds from the most primitive to the brightest and superior.
The understanding that everything is intelligent energy is the awakening to a Divine and Superior Light.

Reaching the Goals

There is a great difference between light and shadow, however, in a single instant, we can pass from one direction to the other from one path to the other, from one dwelling to the other.
Everything is found in the will and in the use of discernment. Let’s not lose the option of overcoming, of discovering and self discovering, of knowing the truth and of totally moving away from the lie.
In the universe, there are life and death, there are health and illness. What’s needed to reach the goals?
What encourages us, is found only in our conviction, nothing is reached in desperation. Everything is achieved in the constructive determination.
To be positive does not mean to believe that things will happen as we want but rather is making those things happen, achieving them. Then, all effort and sacrifice will turn into investment that in turn, is wisdom, because we are taking our life into account and making it valuable.

The one who lacks knowledge may make fun about this but the reason is that he ignores about the supernatural. But the one who has deepen into the inner art, knows that Serenity is a very superior force since Ki flows, no matter the outer circumstance, even if it is the last moment, even if you are hurt, or have lost the battle.
Remember this, cultivate Serenity and Inner Peace since then, it will come what will give you the solution. And the wind will calm, the fire will cease, the menacing waters, will kiss your feet, evil will pass in front of you and will not be able to see you.

The Center has no beginning

The Art of Flowing

Those warriors are fierce, clinging to their weapons and their pride. But the old man in front of them do not have any weapon and his calm is his strength.
The warriors attacked with fast, violent and aggressive movements. The old man seemed not to get around, everyone thought that he would be defeated. After a few seconds the fierce warriors have been defeated, the old man remains calm, the warriors will never get up .
How did the old man win? How did the warriors lost? They asked the old man: " What techniques did you use?"
The old man smiled and said: " No techniques."
"But how can this be?" They insisted
And the old man answered: " Techniques are used only at the beginning of the game but then, the forms disappear, the combat disappears, everything turns silent, the battle is finished." And they asked one more question: " Where is your strength?"
And he only said: " In the wind." And then left.
And I asked myself: " What happened to the warriors? Why they did not survive?"
And the answer is :" The Art of the Wind is united to the Art of the Water, it is powerful as Fire but even more powerful than Fire.

Music is the previous condition to all interactive answer, is the dynamics of the specific order of balance, in the development of all consciences and all sciences. And for this reason, even the one who does not listen, feels it, and may even know and recognize that there is a structure, of mathematical order, that takes even the atom, the cell and the complex organism to vibrate, get carried away and get captivated with its magic, which is magnetic, romantic, dynamic, intrinsic, which gives the cadence of a material, psychological and spiritual position, in the plenitude of its infinite vastness.
Music is as a father and a mother, she nourishes, sustains, protects, impregnates, preserves, directs and guides to the good shore of happiness and enthusiasm, of health, fraternity, solidarity, among many things.

Forgiveness is self acceptance, self understanding and the realization that we are not perfect. What is most important about forgiveness is that we will always be there, one for the other. The one who forgives frees his mind and heart, since the one who resents lives tied to it. Forgiveness is a superior gift, which never comes from the mind, nor from reasoning because forgiveness is something higher. Forgiveness as well as Faith and Love comes only from the Spirit. To forgive is always self forgiving, this may not be understood but forgiveness brings Peace. The one who does not forgive is like the one who is blind, not able to see not even his own image. Forgiving is very difficult most of the times, and the reason is that we feel left down, hurt, and this means that we have experienced rejection, abandonment and disappointment at heart. But is important to realize that when the soul is hurt, this becomes a very corrosive disease, while forgiveness is like a cure, which is difficult to get, to accept and to maintain but is the way to health, because a wounded heart is like a bird that cannot fly, while the heart who forgives, goes through the infinite space and never has limits.

The most important people of humanity got together and said: The earth has certainly reached great advances and technology. Science offers more and more possibilities and life has no limits and for this reason, we must grow in wisdom. And they decided to go in search of the treasure of Knowledge, the same essence of Truth, the purest Wisdom.And this mission was given to expert expedition members who would go around the world searching for the most perfect Wisdom.They finally reached the top of a mountain, where there found a temple and it was known by tradition that in some place of the temple, this precious secret would be found and revealed. Then, the expedition members entered the temple and found that there were different guardians in this monastery who were protecting the Wisdom, the Noble Truth. What they found in the first place was a place of serenity and peace and they had a dialogue with the persons of the temple and asked them for the revelation of the treasure of Knowledge, and where could it be found.And that profound and at the same time, ambitious conversations could be heard and they were saying: ” With this secret, we will be able to travel beyond the sun.” “With this secret, we will conquer all the worlds.”“With this secret we will get the victory and the glory because nothing can stop us since it will be like having huge wings that will unite south and north.”“With this secret we will take the mountains in our hands, there will be neither death, nor life, but a life with no limits.” Finally, the expedition members brought an army because the persons of the temple did not want to reveal the secret and they decided to take control and started searching all the rooms, breaking walls and destroying the temple and when they finished tearing down what had been the temple, they found a tunnel and using torches, they went inside the tunnel and could see very old writings on the walls. They brought people to translate what was written and it said: ” Great Wisdom requires the effort of humanity. Great Wisdom will allow to live for all eternity. Great Wisdom will make us understand the designs of destiny and the same will of the divinity.”They kept on going into the cave that turned into a labyrinth of underground passages and after many days, they found a room made of stone and in its center a chest made out of gold. They carried the chest to the council of the most important group of people who had decided to conquer destiny and who wanted to reach the path of eternity. And with the chest in front of them, they were saying: ” Who can set limits now? This is like been able to fly, but more powerful, faster, than a plane, I can go and come back and in a moment to be in the sky, the earth, the sea and all at the same time. The secret of Wisdom and Truth must be here for sure.”And they brought the most noteworthy persons of humanity, to open the chest. People who had excelled, free minds, open minds, minds with no frontiers. Then, the chest was opened and a light appeared that illuminated and blinded. There was a scroll inside the chest and in the scroll, the destiny of humanity, for sure. An expert in ancient language was brought so he could read and the secret known, the revelation of that immortal wisdom, that would allow the human beings to go beyond the stars.They were all together and they started reading the document that in truth was just a short phrase that said:” The secret of Eternity, the secret of Immortality is found in the Limits.”

How to Fly if We don't have Wings

We often need to be free of prejudices in order to be able to see the reality, which is seen by going beyond our own limits. But how can we fly if we don't have wings. How to go into a deep sea or intense fire and come out unharmed?

Well, we have to free the mind, the imagination, fears, insecurity and the supposed monotony of a rigid established security.

Art teaches us, and occasionally in a very singular way, about breaking the limits. It will be like laughing and crying at the same time.

In order to be able to contemplate we have to look without pre-established patterns, parameters. And to look is only this: To look freely, to simply know what is in front of us and in this way we will also know even more, about our own beings.

Responsibility. Sign of Maturity

It is the virtue or natural disposition to take responsibility for our acts and circumstances, in front of others. In turn, the responsibility can be of several types : Juridical (before the Civil law ), family, labor, etc. How does the responsibility weaken ? When the will and understanding are obstructed . Those are the faculties needed to accomplish the free actions. Is responsibility a sign of maturity ?
Yes, because it knows when to delegate responsibility to others. How does a responsible person behave ? This person perseveres, not with inflexibility but with the motivation of fulfilling the assigned duty. The person remains faithful to the objective because the indispensable element is the duty. The responsibility is ethical, moral and even is a legal obligation to the commitment that has been made. Why is the responsibility valuable ? Thanks to it, we can peacefully live in society, either with family, friends, or in a professional or personal plane, and we can count on it.

There are different ways, and different destinies. And this is about consciousness since there is no sharper science than the own reason. But listen with attention, since it seems easy and very simple, what is applied here. The reason is something more than what is seen, what is listened. The consciousness that is declared here, refers to the clear voice, to the inner voice. Who are you? Who is inside you? Who does live in me? Why do you exist and for whom? Who do you dream about? Tell me what is your facade?
Tell me what is your purpose, is it just a coincidence? Tell me on what do you support yourself? Tell me so I can know you, discover you. Consciousness is the flight of the spirit, a wing is the reason and the other is the intention. In sum it is the wing of the will that was born in the ground but that looks at the high mountains and beyond the stars because its flight is eternal. Because with its awakening, a fire has been born within, that will never be extinguished. " I am your beloved and You are my Love " says the spirit of man to his eternal Creator .

It happened in the Jungle. Short Story. For Reflection.

It happened in the jungle and it was terrible, tragic and dramatic. This is what happened: A man went into the jungle and found a lion, who attacked him, biting his leg. The man was lucky because he was rescued before it was too late, but he had to spend a long time in the hospital. When he regained his strength back, he organized a team to capture the lion and after he captured the lion, he took him in front of the townspeople and brought the judge of the area trying to get his approval to execute the lion. It happened that the lion was in a cage in the town square and the man showed his wounds to the judge and said: "I ask for justice Sir, this evil animal attacked and bit me, I almost lost my leg and I was a long time recuperating in the hospital. To make amends, I ask for the life of this lion, I want his head and fur, so I can place them as decoration in my living room."And the judge answered: "Let's consider one thing at the time: Tell me Sir, did you go the house of the lion?""Yes, Sir, said the hunter." And the judge kept saying: "Are you a natural inhabitant of the jungle?"And the hunter said: " No, Sir, I live very far away in another city."Then, the judge said: "Tell me, if you live in another city, what are you trying to do by going to the dwelling of the lion? If you tried to enter my house without authorization, you could face many horrible things. I found the lion to be innocent and you to be guilty. I order the lion to be liberated and taken back to his natural habitat. And you are completely forbidden of visiting the jungle because it has been ratified that you are the instigator of your own evil. We want to make clear that all beings must have their own space and the ones who do not occupy their natural place, are considered to be invaders. I find you guilty and you must do one year of community work and from this moment your function will be to clean this town square." It was then established that each one is king in his own place and nobody should look for problems in places where they do not belong. Nature is a sanctuary and as such, has its norms and laws and if we go beyond our limits, we will be risking to lose our own lives. Let's respect the natural spaces.What will man do after all the animals become extinct? after he cuts down all the trees? The answer is simple; after man has harmed all that he must not, he will go against himself. And finally if men continue doing what they are doing, they will kill themselves.Let's leave the lion in the jungle, the tree in the forest and lastly, man in the city; and if he wants to come near Nature, he must respect, appreciate, honor and admire but he must never feel with the power and authority of destroying or harming. Nature is the primordial source of life and life must be admired and respected.

One Warrior against One Hundred. For Reflection.

There was a battle going on with one warrior facing one hundred and that warrior seemed to move as the river between the stones, and soon a river bleeds and then blood runs as high as above the ankle of that unique warrior who faced one hundred warriors. Nobody but him survived.
How did he do it?
He said:
" The stones in the river are rigid and the river flows among them."

And without saying another word, he continued his journey.

I contemplated the sky and saw a great expansion, I looked at the horizon and could not find its end; I went near the sea, threw a stone, it sank and I did not know how far down it went. I went up a mountain and saw others that were higher. I looked down and the height made me tremble. I have seen so many distances and infinities that have moved me. How big is the all! How vast is the universe, how deep and complex! But when I look inside, meaning, in the inner silence, that universe that seemed so big, in a mysterious way, becomes small.
There is something bigger than what is big, deeper than what is deep; and it is no outside, but inside of each one of us, I think that it is the beginning of something that cannot be expressed with words, that goes beyond words, that is able to unite the all and the nothing. And it is like a wonderful brightness. Then, I realize that it is not inside, that it is not outside but that it is everywhere.

When I look at the horizon and the whole nature, the valleys, rivers, mountains and stars, I understand that time has passed but I also understand that something, in essence, has not changed. The warrior was tired after the battle. He had fought against a large army. It had been a battle where he didn't sleep, eat or drink during four days. He was really exhausted. Then, he sat on the ground and thought:

" There is an inner battle that is stronger that the one that I just went through, because I have found that my nature is weak if I don't rest. It does not matter whether I was a big castle, I would soon turn into dust and a small wind would knock me down. The battle did not last for many days but if it had lasted one more instant, it would seem like eternity. I realize that I will never be a strong warrior until I conquer my weakness. I need an inexhaustible source of energy but where is it? What is there that makes me capable of crossing rivers, sea, of facing difficulties and even armies, while maintaining my serenity and strength. What can this be? If even the stronger sword breaks, I have not known any thing immortal, everything that exists is like a clay pot, it lasts if taken care of, but it breaks when neglected. Then, what can I do? What is there that makes the arms strong, so strong that nobody can defeat me.? "

He, then, was silent, in a deep silence. And from that depth, arose a voice: " The warrior of noble intention, is the one who acts without conditions. The one who has a firm commitment, the one who in truth does not fight. The one whose strength is above and beyond the combat. His eternal force is Love."

Ki arises when truth expresses itself as fortitude, work, harmony. That's why Ki is naturally present in the whole nature. And the whole nature has an order and a movement.

Look at the flowing of the wind, feel it. Look at the bird flying in the wind, in the space, watch how the bird returns to its nest. Look how the big birds rise. Look at the foam of the sea how softly it comes to the shore and although the wave may be giant and explosive, the foam is delicate and abundant .
Listen to the wind in the sea: Can you separate them, perhaps?

Look how the wood crackles in the fire, look how the fire becomes wood and the wood becomes fire. And in this way, contemplating nature and contemplating yourself, then you will see that the universe is not separated but joined as a small stone tied to a mountain, as a drop of water to the ocean.
Who are you, the drop of water or the ocean? Where are the limits? Where is the beginning? Where is the end?

Now, reflect, go over the words, cut them using discernment, live the moment.
Discover who you are and discover the unveiled truth. Ki flows, eternally flows.
